Mumbai-CAT
has pronounced the judgement today in the case of Grp-A RRs by giving specific
direction/s to UPSC. Details are awaited and on receipt, the same will be
posted.
In the
issue of implementation of the SC judgement i.r.o. the Parmar case, the Mumbai-CAT
has adjourned the hearing to the 22-Feb-2016.
The
Custom Appraisers’ have also filed a petition in Mumbai-CAT for change of their
seniority as per the SC Judgement in Parmar case. The same is also scheduled to
be heard on the 22-Feb-2016.
