FM is not in a mood for approval of CR. DOPT without fresh clearance from Expenditure will not place the CR before Review Committee. FM is also in charge of Expenditure and will not approve the CR. If notification for Election will be issued then CR will not be approved by Cabinet. Hence we have to forget about CR till the formation of next GOVT.
One group amongst us is blaming another group in delaying CR by asking the report. The other group is taking credit by saying that they made achievement by getting the copy of report. We have no Unity amongst our selves. Supdts. Association is not joining in JAC on the ground that the Charter of Demands of JAC is for delay the CR, hence it is against their interests.
Now the AIACEGE has served notice for agitation. We have no other option except to opt for agitation at this stage. Therefore we can appeal AICEIA to join in agitation forgetting all differences to make the agitation a grand success. Enough publicists have been made by AIACEGEO about agitation. Member(P&V) of CBEC therefore called our leaders of AIACEGEO for discussions on 31.01.13. This time our leaders will not accept any suggestion of Board to deffer agitation.
