PRESENT POSITION OF CR.

On 10.10.2013,many telephonic calls and messages  were received  by us  regarding  the  approval of CR by  Cabinet.  But the cabinet note relating to approval of CR proposals of CBEC  was  cleared by the FM on 07.10.13. Now the same is required to be vetted  by  certain other departments like  DOPT, Expenditure, Laws etc  before  cabinet approval. The note will  be returned after proper vetting  by such departments  within the  prescribed time limit. Then only , it will go to the Cabinet form the Cabinet Secretariate  for final approval. It is  expected that the same may be approved by Cabinet only on  24.10.13 after returning of PM from foreign countries.
