MOVE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE...

11-July-2016 is nearing and all the employees of Cental Govt. are gearing up to lodge their protest by way of an indefinite strike against the retrograde 7^th CPC recommendations.

The news of strike are in the headlines but the Govt. does not seem to be perturbed about this. The habit of giving assurances, setting up committees and buying of time by the govt. may not work this time.  Employees have realized that the Govt. is ditching them on every count and the level of trust between the employer and the employees is eroding…

All of us here in Mumbai strongly feel that we should stand united with the apex federation for central govt. employees and heed the call of the indefinite strike call from the11-July onwards.

Understanding the recommendations of the 7^th CPC does not require knowledge of rocket science, a lay man can understand that the Govt. is fooling its own employees and at the same time making them out to be villains in the eyes of the public about their worthiness… Time is running out – Hoping that, by not joining the strike call, will be an act of cowardice.

In CBEC, our cadre of Supdt.’s Association is much more organized. When other cadres have issued notice, then why we should lag behind ? 

Tests are there and without appearing for it, neither anyone can pass nor can hope to qualify. 

The recommendations of the lowest salary slab of the 7^th CPC is their gimmick, then forget about increases in the other grades. The politicians have increased their pay & perks in unanimity irrespective of their party affiliations, but for us they are in silent mode. Further, they want to break the momentum by giving false information and creating more committees to look into contentious  issues, thereby wasting more time and to break the unity and solidarity. 

CESA-Mum appeals to its apex body - time is precious - please do not waste the opportunity and hesitate to participate in the strike alongwith our brother officers of the central govt.
