In Chennai CAT, as regards to vacation of stay and regular hearing, which was scheduled
today (07-Dec-2016) however no hearing has taken place and it was postponed to 08th
Dec., 2016. ASG was present today and will remain present tomorrow also. Our
Board is not like CBDT and is coming out with instructions in a piece-meal manner.
The issue of implementation of Parmar judgement is becoming complicated day by
day. CESA, Mumbai predicts that uncertainty will prevail and the conspirators will
get satisfaction by delaying the holding of DPC for temporary posts, which has a
limited shelf-life.
