Dear friends,

good evening.

1. Last 2 pages of the minutes of 31.01.31 meeting are attached herewith.

2. The copy of the renewal of recognition of our Association for further 5 years since the due date is also attached herewith.

3. DDO certificates are required to be submitted every year. So, all of the units are requested to be well prepared to send the DDO certificates to All India Body for the forthcoming financial year 2013-14 clearly depicting the names of the members.

4. Not only DDO certificates, all of the units are also requested not only to clear the subscription dues (on the basis of sanctioned strength irrespective of the number of the subscribing officers) but also to donate the maximum funds to All India Body .

5. All of the units are again requested to be well prepared for the 30.04.13 mass resignation programme. Our programmes like boycott of Excise day function, bearing black badges or lunch hour protest are merely very little & light programmes. We will have to observe bigger & stronger programmes to get the due reliefs. We have not to be complacent in our approach. No doubt that the programme would be reviewed in the forthcoming Associate Committee meeting of 16.03.13 but it is also true that we would have to be well prepared. The concerned units will collect the resignation letters in a common format making person to person contact with the officers to submit the same to the respective authority.
