 Dear Raviji,
Is it out of fear or sympathy or they are really concerned about it. I have reasons to say so as when the restructuring proposals were made despite my submission from technical section in Raigad Commissionerate may be at other places proper feed back were never been given by the very same IRS officers sitting at the helm of affairs the 2 CR been prepared and processed by them without any solution to our problem or even a discussion in cabinet note to alarm the cabinet that what we need is not possible within the norms of Expenditure  and DOPT cuts so we need some flexibility and more posts. They never did it since long except thinking about their own cadre. It too little too late. But a positive sign for us had we exerted more and earlier perhaps the wind must have changed. Let us not loose the momentum as now IRS is feeling that with our non cooperation perhaps they may not be able to manage themselves. So a little push is further required to establish our existence and for that all efforts be made. Raviji After getting the court order again a press release be given and media coverage be given as to whether the court has admitted that there is disobedience if so then why CBEC is not implementing the orders of court just to save a handful of their sewaks Appraisers.
