The CR related i.e. creation
of new Commissionerates / Directorates (issuance of Notification etc.,) may not
be incorporated in the forthcoming Budget. CR may be delayed further. The
present FM is interested on expansion of DGCEI units at various places to plug
revenue leakage and evasion of service tax.
