PETITIONS FOR MAINTAINING PARITY OA NO. 695/2014 dt. 03.11.2014.

                  OA no. 695/2014 dt. 03.11.2014, has been filed jointly by the 5 units of Mumbai zone & Indore, to seek relief that: 

          An officer who is senior in the recruitment cadre, i.e. Inspector central excise on the basis of merit or batch (earlier) cannot be placed junior to any officer from any zone/unit while fixing the All India Seniority List of Superintendent – Central Excise for further consideration for promotion to the post of Assistant Commissioner – Central Excise.  

         Revise both the seniority list of AISL and give other consequential benefits.

         Final hearing is fixed on 16th Feb. 2015.
