Ref: CESA/51/2015
The Principal
Chief Commissioner,
Cadre
Control Authority,
Mumbai.
Respected
Sir,
Sub: - Tenure of LTU
Audit and LTU roster for posting in LTU – reg.
Kindly recall the discussion held
with the delegation of the Association on the above subject matter at the time
of formulation of transfer and posting policy.
2. During the discussion it was decided
that the staff posted from LTU to LTU audit after completion of the regular
tenure of LTU i.e. 2 years due to exigency at the time of restructuring, that
such officers will be taken back and send to the respective Commissionerate and
suitable officers as per panel drawn will be posted in LTU/LTU Audit.
As on date there are several
officers of each Commissionerate, who have worked in LTU and then posted to LTU
Audit and have already completed their tenure of LTU and in LTU Audit
separately as well as jointly. In all such cases, officers should be
repatriated back and suitable substitute be posted in their place.
3. It is suggested that for preparation of
Panel /roster for LTU/LTU Audit :-
A.
First
preference be given to those who are willing to work there.
B.
The
officers who represent against their posting to Pune, on any grounds and the administration
considers such requests, then these officers should be posted to LTU-Mumbai in
lieu of Pune, as it was being done earlier.
C.
After
exhausting the above said options, the officers as per seniority may be posted,
if required.
4. Further, it is observed from the
transfer & posting policy of Chennai, Banglore, Delhi, the tenure in LTU
& LTU Audit is only 2 years. It is therefore requested that the officers
posted in LTU Mumbai or LTU Audit Mumbai should also be 2 years and uniformity
be maintained.
Thanking
you,
Yours
sincerely,
(A. K. Sasmal)
General Secretary.
