Sub: Establishment Orders No.89/2013 & 90/2013 both Dt. 17.05.2013 of Mumbai-I Zone.
Madam,
Kindly refer to the following communications of the Association-
i) Ref. No. 87/T&P/13 Dt. 08.05.13,
ii) Ref. No. 90/M/13 Dt. 09.05.13,
iii) Ref. No. 116/T&P/13 Dt. 21.05.13 etc.  alongwith various other communications on the issue of transfer & postings and also the following communications of the Mumbai Unit of the Association-
iv) Ref:CESA/21/2013 Dt. 20.05.13 and
v) Ref :CESA/24/2013 Dtd :30.05.2013 (copy attached).
            2. It is further submitted with due regards that the approach of the administration in the matters of transfer & postings is nothing but a sheer breach of trust. It seems that the administration deliberately doesn’t want to have a policy on the issue merely on account of the high-handedness being used by the authorities. There is no accountability of their actions in r/o transfer & postings.
3. It is really not understood what is the intention or interest of the administration behind such approach. It is very unfortunate that we are so un-vigil & un-attentive on such matters in the present time of total transparency and curbing the corruption too. It is not understood to whom to contact, if our own authorities are not serious on the issue.
4. In view of the above, your kind & immediate interference in the matter is very much requested for the sake of framing of a fair transfer & posting policy and keeping in abeyance the subject-mentioned orders.
Thanking you,
                                                                                                                                                 Yours faithfully,  Encl: As above.

(RAVI MALIK),
                                                                                                             Secretary General.
