QUALITY FOR QUALIFYING SERVICE NOT TO BE DEGRADED

CESA strongly oppose and condemn the process to amend the RR, by reducing the qualifying service for promotion as proposed  as it will widen the gap further. The stake holder like PO and Examiner (who are far ahead than Central Excise Inspector) will be only benefited. The number of Appraisers are in two digits and Supdt Custom (P) are in three digits whereas Central Excise Superintendents are in four digits.
Where is the match and parity.
Those who are promoting for reduction in qualifying service are having vested interest and blatantly anti-Central Excise.
The qualifying service should be rational and no injustice to the largest Cadre of Central Excise to be tolerated further.
CESA is not creating any animosity amongst the feeder Cadre but strongly claim the parity within the feeder Cadre as well as within Central Excise Zones.
