From Cuffe Parade to Bhiwandi...!!!

The Order of the Superintendents of Mumbai zone was issued on Friday late evening. As it was a huge Order, some names are missing and few officers are having medical problem, and few are shortly retiring, their cases are overlooked. As it was time bound, the Order was issued methodically, barring few Omissions and Commissions, hence the officers who are being aggrieved may give their representations along with their supporting documents for reconsideration.

The Order of the Inspectors Cadre is also issued today. Other Orders of other Cadres are likely to be issued within a day or two.

In the Superintendent order 29 officers under order of Transfer to pune are not mentioned.(9 orders from 27^th July 2015 to 9^th March 2017 are not yet implemented) same number of officers are under of repatriation from pune are languished there for no fault of theirs. CESA will insist to the administration to implement the said order and repatriate all the officers before rolling out GST.

The need of hour is to gear up, to play an active role to roll out GST in the given schedule.

As it is time bound, all the Headquarters offices and field offices are not in the jurisdiction as and where it is designed and approved by the Board likely to be function from the date of notification.

However, it is learnt few Senior officers are given Executive Commissionerates like Palghar, Bhiwandi etc.. are allergic to mofsil place, intend to change the HeadQuarter Office so that their Commutation & Convenience will not be compromised. However, the same position are not felt for the other Cadres who will subject to daily hardship on account of commutation point of view, equally to the Trade.

CESA, Mumbai will request to the Administration to have independent premises in the jurisdiction in a time bound manner and no such changing of offices will be entertained. If in the present scenario, any Head office of either Palghar or Bhiwandi   is changed for the luxury of one or two officers, then the Order of Inspectors and Superintendent posted in these Commissionerates be suitably modified in the same spirit
