We have taken the rein of AIACEGEO Unit of
Mumbai on 31st Januray, 2006 with a manifesto with our commitments i.e.
OUR COMMITMENTS
v To
bring Transparency in Functioning of
our Association (No Office-bearer of the
Association will meet the Authorities singly) and to take all Policy Decisions
after due deliberations at appropriate platforms, and to hold regular meetings of the managing committee.
v To
sincerely endeavor to improve the Service Conditions, in active collaboration
with
The federation,
of the cadre like pay-scale, promotions,
perquisites.
v To
bring about improvement in Working conditions
like Accommodation, Furniture
And Other basic amenities for
the Superintendents.
v To
formulate a Just & Fair policies of
transfers, postings & Rotations of superintendents, and to represent
effectively against cases of gross Favoritism
& Discrimination.
v To
strongly oppose the cases of injustice and
Victimization of Members.
v To
standby the Members during the times of difficulty.
v Proper
implementation of 6:2:1 ratio for promotion to Gr. “A” For restoration of lost
posts and review of above ratio according to the strength of Excise
Superintendent Cadre through legal remedy.
v Justice
for all members irrespective of caste, creed, religion and region.
In
short to build a strong, vibrant and effective representative Body with Determination to strive hard for a
better future for our Members and to maintain the dignity of the Cadre.
We are happy that we have fulfilled our commitments made
to our members who had immense trust and faith on us. We will be happy if the
unit of Mumbai will remain stronger, committed and united one. The report of
